Offerings: Arbor Farmstead is a 7-acre property in Grand Isle encompassing perennial fruit production (i.e. apples, aronia, cherries, currants, elderberries, gooseberries, honeyberries, rhubarb, strawberries) and woodlands. The land is agroecologically managed using regenerative practices and is in the process of gaining organic certification. The Farmstead is co-owned and operated by Alisha Utter and Kyle Bowley and home to their businesses, Sweetbranch Syrups and K. Bowley Woodcrafts, respectfully. Sweetbranch Syrups are made using Vermont-grown fruits and organic sweeteners; snow cones, sodas, and teas are available on Saturday at the Champlain Islands Farmers' Market. K. Bowley Woodcrafts workshop is based on the farmstead. Kyle uses a mix of modern and historic methods and specializes in shaker-style furniture, homewares (i.e. serving boards, utensils, bowls, and shelves) and native pollinator/bat houses. One-of-a-kind pieces are available at the Farmers' Market or by special order. We look forward to being your local fruit farmer and craftsman!

Offerings: Breakaway Farm is predominately a horse lesson and boarding establishment, that loves all animals. We offer riding and driving lessons as well as birthday parties and trail rides.
