Offerings: Hackett’s Orchard is a fruit & vegetable farm and bakery, owned & operated by the Hackett family since 1967. The land has been farmed as an orchard since 1900. The farm has 50 acres. We grow apples, other tree fruits, small fruits, vegetables, and hay. We have pick-your-own in season, and a picnic & play area. We make fresh cider doughnuts and apple crisp daily in season. We also sell maple syrup harvested from Milton that we can ourselves.

Offerings: Health Hero Farm is a conserved farm on the island of South Hero.  On 180 acres of organic pastures, we raise 100% grass-fed beef.  We follow holistic management intensive grazing practices to produce lush forages for our healthy, happy cattle.  We begin with special breeds of beef cattle that grow fast and finish well on grass to produce tender, delicious meat.  We sell frozen cuts of our beef at our farm stand, along with organic vegetables. We also sell at Farmers' Markets. Customers can purchase individual cuts of our USDA-inspected meat or in bulk via our website. At our farmstand, we also offer free water and air to bicyclists along with healthy and inexpensive treats. Our unique "welcome to the islands" amenity is an ice-fishing shack that we repurposed into a composting toilet.  Farm tours and camping opportunities are also available, by reservation.
